WSC congratulates Jeay Sindh Qaumi Mahaz for the successful rally at Karachi, November 09, 2009 PDF Print E-mail
Tuesday, 10 November 2009
World Sindhi Congress (WSC) congratulates Jeay Sindh Qaumi Mahaz who at this critical juncture in the history of Sindhi people was able to mobilise Sindhi masses to show to the world that Sindhi’s are aware, united and ready for sacrifices for their genuine democratic historical rights.

WSC also congratulates all other Sindhi organisations Jeay Sindh Mahaz, Sindh Tarqi Pasand Party, Sindhi Awami Tahreek who participated and wisely demonstrated that there is no way except unity on critical issues of Sindh.

The participation of hundreds and thousands of Sindhis in the conditions of hopelessness, alienation, poverty, alienation, humiliation and disempowerment created by the establishment and their agents demonstrate that Sindhi people do not want to withdraw from their historical rights and are ready for sacrifices to achieve liberty, dignity and peace.

WSC condemns the typical attitude of an organisation who disconnected electricity during the speeches to terrorise the organisers and participants. However, they are reminded that their tactics would not dither Sindhi people from their struggle for their rights.

At this occasion, WSC requests the international community to support the secular, democratic struggle of Sindhi people for their historical rights. We believe this will guarantee long-term peace and security in the region and world.
